Returns and Exchanges:

 

If you would like to return a garment to us for a refund or exchange, you will need to notify us by email within 7 days of your purchase.

An exchange or refund will only be given when the goods are received at our end and only if all of these criteria are met:

 

1. Garments are returned to us in the exact condition they were sent to you in,

 

 2.  All tags and labels are intact.

 

3. The hygiene liner has not been removed or interfered with.

 

4. The garment has not been worn or hand/machine washed.

 

 

Once we receive the goods back into us in the state mentioned above we will issue you a refund within 3 working days. Im afraid we will not be able to refund the original postage costs or the cost of you returning the item to us. Until we take delivery of the item it remains your responsibility and we at Sasha Jane cannot be held responsible for any loss that may occur; to prevent any loss we suggest you use a recorded method of delivery and keep hold of your proof of postage. If in the case that a faulty item makes its way to you, we shall refund the cost of postage.

 

 

>If you have had an item specifically tailored to your measurements, I’m afraid we will not be able to offer you a refund, if you have any queries regarding this please don’t hesitate to pop us an email at info@sashajane.co.uk and we shall see if we can resolve the problem.

If in the case that a faulty item makes its way to you, we shall refund the cost of postage.
